What if i want to purchase any template ?

You have to select any template from Template page and add to cart and proceed to checkout and make payment.

How will i get template file after complete payment ?

After complete payment you will recieve template instantly on thank you page in any  case if you did not get thank you page, you will get template via email.

Why did not get any email after complete payment?

Sometime server may busy and slow to send email, so better to wait for some time around 20-30 minutes, if still did not receive email you can write a mail at [info@shashidesign.com], we will resend you email or template manually.

How do i get refund if i don't want template ?

Sorry but after purchase we can not refund payment.
